You will need just 5 minutes to prepare it plus 10 minutes to cook. Here is the recipe:

For the pumpkin whipped cream:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ½ tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 ½ tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

For the pumpkin spice latte:

  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup hot espresso (or other strong coffee)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon powdered ginger

  • In a mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until it starts to thicken, around 1-2 minutes.
  • Fold in pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and all spices.
  • Beat until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream, around 2 to 3 more minutes.
  • Next, in a medium saucepan, pour milk, sugar, pumpkin puree, sugar, all spices, and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • When the mixture gets hot to the touch (though not boiling), remove it from the heat and whisk vigorously just until the batter turns foamy, around thirty seconds to one minute.
  • Add 1/4 c coffee in every cup and top with frothed milk. Spoon or pipe pumpkin whipped cream and sprinkle some cinnamon to decorate.
